Purpose:
To provide elderly people in particular from rural areas, English language with a
tool.
This will encourage, stimulate them
to be a part of a busy and changing world ,
thus breaking
personal, cultural and social barriers and thereby improving the
quality of life.
Objectives:
1. Raise cultural awareness of Baltic and Nordic countries
2. Provide with the possibility for international interaction
3. Inspire active participation in social life
4. Stimulate the growth of self confidence
5. Stimulate the mental abilities
6. Encourage personal develpment
7. Motivate to start learning again
8. Improve and develop ICT skills
9. Improve English language
